The line for this “cashier” is confusing and they just help whomever they choose.** From Las Vegas casinos, straight to you ** That dollar amount was stuck in limbo for hours before I could use it again. She then waved me off and said “next person”.offering no help at all. I had a passport card with me also that proved who I was. Went to redeem this, and since my ID had my full legal first name, but my card had my abbreviated first name, the cashier literally threw my cards back and said she couldn’t approve the transaction (that was already APPROVED by the casino’s ATM) because the name was different. I was trying to get a cash advance from my card which was approved by the casinos ATM. If you ask a question you are met with an impatient attitude. The only staff that were kind were the waitress and the gal cleaning. I’ve not been to a TON of casinos but enough to know that usually they treat customers well because they want you to stay and spend your money! Not here. Not sure if games are rigged, out of alignment, etc. I realize that this reflects more on the ignorant guests than the management, but it still seemed like things just weren't being checked frequently enough to provide a quality experience. In use of bathroom, two of the three toilets had been urinated all over. After fifteen minutes, still no human to take my drink order. Kept getting error messages to "re-insert" my (player's card. I found a machine that I wanted to enjoy. That was too high for someone of modest means (like me) to participate. Everywhere else I've played, it has been $10. No roulette tables with a lower than $25 minimum. I felt like the focus on customer experience was lacking. The architecture and interior decor are high-end and very appealing to see. Visited with some friends.Would put this place near the bottom of other casinos that I've visited.
